Covid-19 Guidelines for Clients

If you, or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment. If you arrive at your appointment and you are unwell, we will reschedule and you will be asked to leave.
Please do not enter the building for enquiries – we will be appointment only for the foreseeable future. Contact us via Facebook, email or phone on 01522 527812.
All clients should wear a face mask at all times and come alone to appointments.
Please be on time for your appointment, do not arrive early as our waiting area is temporarily closed. Please do not arrive late as we must ensure arrival times don’t clash. You must wait outside to be called in and sanitise your hands on arrival.
Please bring minimal items to your appointment, if you bring a jacket, it should be stored in a bag and kept with you at all times. We cannot hang coats up in the shop.
We cannot offer refreshments at this time, feel free to bring your own drink with you or make use of the small businesses selling tea and coffee in the area.
Please make use of the hand sanitisation points throughout the day and stay in your designated artist’s station.
Your artist will wear PPE throughout your appointment, fresh disposable PPE will be used for each client.
As always, there will be very high standards of cleanliness and the shop will be deep cleaned and sanitised twice daily. Our environment has always been and will continue to be, a safe, sterile place to get tattooed, pierced or lasered.
We have rearranged staff shifts to minimise contact and staggered client arrival times.
Additional PPE, sanitising equipment and an increase in the price of our usual gloves and other items has pushed our costs up quite considerably, while we don’t expect clients to take on this burden during difficult times, we will be accepting small donations from those that are able, this is a suggested £5 for a full day.
